There will be a separate company that does the install so please read and make sure you understand the process. The above picture is shown with options of taller leg height, sides closed, front and back ends closed, garage door, 36 walk in door and two windows which can be added as options to make the custom built metal building to meet your needs. You Have the option to make it taller in 2' increments with up to 20' legs available. Sides can be left open to be used as a carport or fully closed and turned into a fully enclosed metal building. They also deliver to: Alabama (AL), Arkansas (AR), District of Columbia (DC), Georgia (GA), Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), Kansas (KS), Kentucky (KY), Louisiana (LA), Maryland (MD), Mississippi (MS), Missouri (MO), New Jersey (NJ), North Carolina (NC), Ohio (OH), Oklahoma (OK), Pennsylvania (PA), South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX), and Virginia (VA).

On this size metal carport or metal building a telescopic fork lift is required to be on site when the building is being installed to help the crew lift the structure due to it weighing so much. This lift needs to be able to lift 5000 lbs and must be able to go 10' taller than the leg height of the steel carport or steel building.

The prices for the metal carport will change without notice. 7 days to 30 days: 50%. 30 days to 60 days: 40%.

60 days to 90 days: 10%. 90 days or more: less than 1%. Please keep in mind that if you are in an area that receives any kind of winter weather, there is a greater chance of this exceeding the 90 day estimate because winter weather can make it difficult to complete an installation.

Special Note For Orders Placed After October 1st. Any installations/deliveries occurring in: DC, IL, IN, MD, NJ, NY, OH, PA & WV will most likely be delayed until Spring, due to common winter storms in these states. The company that does the install will anchor the carport to the ground with mobile home anchors or asphalt with rebar and to the cement with concrete anchor bolts.

The site or location for the carport must be level or within at least 3 level or less or we will not be able to install it. The triple wide metal buildings are fully braced for additional strength.

The size of metal carports and metal buildings come certified with 170 mph and 35 psf. It will come fully braced and with mobile home anchors along with blue print drawings. The great tubing on the steel carports will come with 14 ga tubing which is 2 1/2" by 2 1/2" square tubing or you can upgrade to the 12 ga tubing which comes 2 1/4" by 2 1/4" tubing. Both the 14 gauge and 12 gauge tubing on the framing. All of the steel buildings and carports are custom built in the size, style and with the options you want.

As the customer you will have the chance to choose between 16 different colors for the roof and trim colors. And if you close the sides or ends you also get to pick which color you want it to be. Just let us know what color you want. The Colors are accurate and may vary. The carports may not be available in all locations.
