Our buildings kits include construction drawings, material list, connection and trim details, anchor bolt plans, including a customer service representative for any questions you or your contractor may have during the erection process. This listing is for a 30'x40'x12' Do-it-yourself steel garage kit. (2)-10'x10' framed openings (doors not included), (1)-3070 walkdoor framed opening (walkdoor not included).

Simple Eave trim is included. Options that may be added at additional cost are.

Insulation for the roof and walls in 2", 3", 4" and 6" thicknesses. All of our buildings are designed to meet the local building codes specified specifically by your city or county. Our base steel building kits include. 26 gauge galvalume roof panels.

26 gauge sig 200 color wall panels. 26 gauge sig 200 color trim. Self-drilling screws (color matched to panels). All the necessary structural bolts, nuts and washers for building. Red Iron Structural steel (Columns, Rafters, Purlins, Girts and Framed Opening Material). Our Excel Metal Building Do-It-Yourself. Patented Steel clips and plates for connections. Foam closures for eaves and gable. Mastic tape for roof laps. An anchor bolt plan for your concrete. And customer service representative for any questions you or your contractor may have during the erection process.

The pieces themselves are ink jetted with description and piece mark for easy recognition. We require a 2' difference between you the top of your overhead door and the eave height.

For example, a 10' tall eave height will accommodate an 8' tall overhead door opening (overhead doors are not included in our kits, please pick them up locally). (unloading is the customer responsibility).
