Prices listed are for a BRAND-NEW building built to specs described above with your own color choices for roof, sides & trim. All photos shown are of previously installed buildings that are simply being shown as models to represent the size, style and features of the brand new building being offered.

Interior photos shown are not of the same barn pictured in the first 3 photos as none are available at this time. The interior photos displayed are of similar sized buildings and general layout will be the same. Unfortunately, not all of our manufacturers offer colored roll-up doors (some only offer white) so availability of roll-up door color options will depend on your location. However, 2 of our partnered distributors do require the customer rent or provide a telescopic lift for installation of buildings 14' tall and taller. Although our buildings are built to meet MOST local requirements, there are many cities & counties that require higher loads than most others within the state. Elevations affect loads as well. A simple call to your local building department is all it takes in obtaining your requirements.

We can certify up to 90 PSF of Snow and up to 170 MPH Winds so if you need your building built with higher loads, please let us know and we can get you an accurate price. Even if you're not planning on obtaining a permit, it is still a good idea to have your building built to meet your required loads. Permits are completely up to the customer. Please Note: Not all of our manufacturers offer the free generic drawings with our barn style of buildings & for buildings whose sizes do not fall within the span that the generic drawings cover. These drawings would be specific to your building ONLY. We can only accept your 10% - 17% deposit at time of order placement. Prices vary per location because our buildings are built to meet most local code, i. Stronger wind and/or snow loads require more material used for additional anchors, roof & corner braces and/or trusses, etc. This results in higher prices for those locations. Also, all prices are set by our manufacturers whom of which each have different pricing. All prices are subject to change at any time and although rare, can happen a day or two prior to us being informed.

We will, however, honor your deposit amount for the original price listed. You get our services 100% for FREE as there is no "Middle-Man Mark-up".

We, as dealers, are actually prohibited from price mark-ups of those set by our manufacturers. In fact, orders submitted by dealers that are priced over their current rates would not be accepted.

Unfortunately, however, my listing descriptions are often copied & pasted which is a bit frustrating as it would be for anyone having their hard work stolen. This does slow down the process a bit because of mailing time, time for funds to clear, etc. By "Set-up" we mean the actual erecting of your entire steel building including anchoring to your level install surface! All anchors are already included in prices for concrete slab installs. For ground installs, mobile home anchors will need to be added if you want your building engineered certified. All orders are sent in to the nearest one of almost 20 strategically placed manufacturing facilities to begin fabrication. Depending on whether your site is ready for install or not, fabrication begins soon after.

We will ask this question when completing your order form and site does NOT have to be ready to place your order. All estimated lead-times given start from the day your order is placed and deposit paid for those whose sites are ready. For those who's sites are not ready, estimated lead-times start from the day that you inform us that it is ready. We describe all of our buildings to the best of our ability. We take this very seriously and pride ourselves on having happy customers.
