23 to peak, (5-8 bays). Approx 9 clearance under lowest girder. 10 between girders, Cathedral ceilings in 2nd floor. 2-10 x 40 covered porches. 4 9, 2nd floor dormers.

3-36" x 80" framed access door openings. 123 x 4 framed and trimmed window openings.

(can be adjusted as needed). Includes door, window and roof trim. Includes all screws, fasteners, bolts and anchor bolts.

HD All galvanized steel frame, bolts together, NO WELDING. Color bound steel roof, walls & trim. This Kit is Engineered for IBC 110 mph winds.

Exposure B 20 lb snowloads. (please verify your local code). (We can engineer up to 180 mph and 100lb snow loads). Includes engineered structure & foundation drawings by certified engineer. Assembly manual and NEW DVD included. Free tech support as you erect your building.
